1.3 Eligible Items for Return

- All T-shirts (all colors and sizes)
- All Hoodies/Jackets (all colors and sizes)
1.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
- Printed t-shirts and hoodies: All items with printed designs, graphics, or customizations
- Sale items: Any products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or at discounted prices
- Clearance items: Products marked as clearance or final sale
- Items purchased using discount codes or coupons: Products bought with any promotional codes or special offers
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging (caused by customer)
- Items purchased more than 24 Hours ago (from delivery date)
1.5 Exceptions to Non-Returnable Items
Printed t-shirts, hoodies, and sale items may be eligible for return or replacement ONLY if:
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or product)
In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate evidence (photos/videos).
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

2.2 Return Authorization

Important: Do not ship any items back to us without obtaining a Return Authorization number first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
2.3 Packing Your Return
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging or suitable protective packaging
- Include the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package
- Ensure all tags are attached and the item is in original condition
2.4 Shipping Your Return
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt
- The package should be shipped within 2 days of receiving the RA number
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
- If you are returning an item due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or any reason other than our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs
Our Responsibility:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a pickup at no cost to you
3. Inspection and Processing
3.1 Return Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 2-3 business days to verify that:
- The item meets all return conditions
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The RA number is included
3.2 Approval or Rejection
After inspection:
- If Approved: We will process your refund or send a replacement (if applicable) within 5-7 business days
- If Rejected: We will notify you via email with the reason for rejection. The item will be sent back to you at your expense, or you may choose to forfeit the item
Common reasons for rejection include:
- Item has been worn, washed, or used
- Tags have been removed or packaging is damaged
- Return window (24 Hours) has passed
- Item is non-returnable (printed items, sale items, etc.)
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for returns that:
- Meet all return eligibility criteria
- Are received within 24 Hours from the delivery date
- Pass our inspection process
- Are not printed items or sale items (unless defective)
4.2 Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (you must provide bank account details)
4.3 Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
4.4 Refund Amount
- Full refunds include the product price only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

- Parcel opening video (highly recommended for damaged items)
- Clear photographs showing:
- The outer packaging and shipping label
- The damaged or defective area
- The entire product with tags attached
- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue
6.3 Resolution Options
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost
- Full Refund: We will issue a complete refund including shipping charges
- Store Credit: Credit for use on future purchases (if you prefer)
We will cover all return shipping costs for such cases or arrange a pickup from your location.
6.4 Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects include:
- Stitching coming apart or unraveling
- Fabric tears or holes present upon delivery
- Color bleeding or fading before first wash
- Misprinted or poorly printed designs (for printed items)
- Incorrect sizing (significantly different from size chart)
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by washing, improper care, or misuse is not covered under defects.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
7.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your order:

- Cancellation requests received after 6 hours or after the order has been shipped cannot be processed
- Once an order is shipped, you must follow the return process if you no longer want the items

8. Sale Items and Promotional Purchases

9. Restocking Fee

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered and marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Once a package is delivered to the address you provided:
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive it

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

11. Gift Returns
11.1 Return Process for Gifts
If you received a Plain T-Shirt Bazaar product as a gift and wish to return it:
- You may return the item following the same return process within 24 Hours of delivery
- Proof of purchase may be required (gift receipt or order number from the gift giver)
11.2 Gift Refunds
- Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit or a gift voucher of equal value
- The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
- The original purchaser’s payment method will not be refunded
